CARE Industries is a Canadian-owned and operated company committed to achieving industry leadership through the design and manufacturing of superior Drilling, Well Servicing, Commercial, Structural, and Agricultural equipment and products, including but not limited to: Complete Drilling Rig Packages, Service Rig Packages, Concrete Batch Plants, Structural Steel Building Fabrication, and much more. &nbsp;CARE Industries is currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated Press Break Operator to join our team and become a part of our growing history.Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.</li><li>Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.</li><li>Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.</li><li>Measures and aligns materials to be used.</li><li>Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Performs routine maintenance on the press brake.</li><li>Maintains a clean work area.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:<ul><li>Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.</li><li>Basic computer and math skills.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Prior Experience and /or Education in Press Break Operation is required.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Wage Range $18.00 - $30.00/Hr</li><li>$1.00/Hr RRSP Matching after completion of 1 Year of Continuous Service</li><li>Alberta Blue Cross Benefit Package including Extended Health care, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability and life Insurance, after the Probationary period (90-day) completion</li><li>Overtime is after 8 hours per day and/or 44 Hours per week as required.</li></ul>
