Your responsibilities will include assisting the ERU Operator with continuous rod services on our clients' wells, inspecting and maintaining tools, lifting equipment, and safety equipment, as well as maintaining the Endless Rod Unit, crew vehicle, and doghouse. To guarantee success, you will possess a strong, safety-minded attitude at all times. Travel is required for this position.Responsibilities:In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:<ul><li>Assist the ERU operator working on our continuous rod service equipment and work well in a team environment to complete tasks safely and efficiently while servicing wells</li><li>Demonstrate a high level of safety leadership on and off the wellsite by actively participating in daily safety meetings, JSA review, hazard assessments, and safety drills</li><li>Maintain and promote positive relationships with crew members</li><li>Properly handle continuous rod to eliminate risk exposure and ensure product integrity for downhole performance</li><li>Maintain a highly clean working environment on the client’s wellsite and in the service unit, crew truck, and doghouse</li><li>Ensure all required paperwork is completed thoroughly, accurately, and timely as required</li><li>Perform all required preventive maintenance checks, inspections, and tasks</li><li>Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate or eliminate workplace hazards</li><li>Comply with all industry, regulatory, and company standards, regulations</li></ul>Your Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract</li><li>Continuous rod handling and well servicing experience preferred</li><li>Can lift up to 50 lbs, pass an alcohol &amp; drug test as this is a safety sensitive role with a negative test result and pass physical fit assessment test&nbsp;</li></ul>Your Skills:•Excellent communication and punctual•Stamina and strength to work long hours, sometimes in adverse weather conditions•Ability to read work instructions, and other related documentation required to perform job•Ability to work well under pressure, individually, and as part of a team, while balancing multiple demandsWhat we Offer:&nbsp;We take pride in offering an industry leading and comprehensive total rewards package that includes the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>100% Employer sponsored Health and Wellness plan.</li><li>100% Employer sponsored dental plan</li><li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance.</li><li>Three-weeks’ vacation</li><li>Five paid sick days per year</li><li>External training allowance for continuing education</li><li>Support and financial assistance to obtain or recertify professional designations</li><li>Employee discounts through our preferred vendor programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Employer sponsored pension program with match.</li></ul> 10 Days on, 5 Days off schedule
