<p><strong>As an Outside Sales Representative you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and grow sales &amp; market share consistent with the business plan as developed in conjunction with the Sales. This requires a focus on managing your time effectively with the variety of product categories as well as processing opportunities.</li><li>As an Outside Salesperson you will manage your territory which includes a positive support of your Inside counterparts and mentorship between all internal departments.</li><li>Further develop new and existing business through creative approaches such as presentations, product and program offerings, plant tours, etc.</li><li>Develop and maintain existing and prospective customer relationships and act as a liaison between the customer and inside sales, operations, production, shipping etc.</li><li>Develop sales opportunities and find new leads through methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings</li><li>Develop &amp; Strengthen customer relationships with existing as well as perspective clients through regularly scheduled visits</li></ul>
