We're built on trust and backed by experience, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic team.About the Role:As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering first-in-class products and service to our valued customers. You’ll be accountable for managing project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. From kick-off to completion, you'll act as the key liaison between the customer and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Oversee project budget, timeline, and quality from start to finish.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Production, and Quality).</li><li>Manage change requests, resolve issues, and optimize project execution strategies.</li><li>Facilitate project meetings, ensure milestones are met, and deliver timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support documentation control and ensure compliance with engineering and production processes.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>A degree in Engineering (preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.</li><li>PMP certification is an asset.</li><li>Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project.</li><li>A knack for reading mechanical drawings and understanding complex processes.</li></ul>Why Join Us:At Exchanger Industries Ltd., we foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and respect.
