In this position, you will enjoy 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.&nbsp;</p><p>This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for <strong>local candidates</strong>; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Control in an industrial setting.</li><li>Possess CWB/CSA Level II Visual Inspector Qualification.</li><li>Proven ability to supervise a quality control team, ensure inspections are meeting quality standards, develop and implement test and correction plans, and maintain accurate logs and documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of both American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) code requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>CSTS-2020&nbsp;</li><li>H2S Alive&nbsp;</li><li>Common Safety Orientation (CSO)&nbsp;</li><li>Standard First Aid&nbsp;</li><li>WHMIS&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have own reliable transportation to site.</li></ul><h2><strong>Additional Information</strong></h2><p>FLINT is an equal opportunity employer and aims to be the employer of choice dedicated to equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring a safe and respectful environment where everyone can succeed.
