Working closely with the Business Development Team to strengthen customer relationships, the Aftersales Service Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all service and support activities - both on site and in the field - across well stimulation, electric technology, completion and Power Generation equipment. This role is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving value for service through effective management of warranty claims, coordination of field service and equipment maintenance. The Aftersales Service Manager will focus on driving customer loyalty, minimizing equipment downtime and improving the overall customer experience, with a strong emphasis on responding to unplanned service demands and resolving aftersales concerns in real time. Job Summary:Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Petroleum Sales,the Manager, Sales &amp; Performance&nbsp;is accountable for the management of an outbound sales team focused on petroleum sales, including fuel and lubricants. This role ensures disciplined execution of sales processes aligned with a targeted customer plan and is accountable for achieving annual goals for sales growth, Gross Margin, and EBITDA in the target area. Manager, Sales & Performance

Position Summary:Reporting to&nbsp;Director, Lubricants &amp; Product Strategy,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Lubricants Business Development Manager finds and develops new customer relationships for UFA’s lubricant business. The role will research market trends, target relationships, and use proven methods to achieve our strategic goals within targeted commercial segments. The incumbent will be tenacious and intentional in attracting new business. The candidate must have a demonstrated record of success in developing new markets, ideally in lubricants.This is a field based position that can be located in either Calgary or Edmonton.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for executing the sales goals in order to achieve the Lubricant Business targeted EBITDA plan.
