This position involves prospecting new customers, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations and contracts, and coordinating service delivery with both customers and vendors. This role is approximately 70% inside sales and 30% fleet administration (logistics coordination).The ideal candidate is eager to develop their sales skills, thrives on building relationships, is comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, and excels at maintaining attention to detail and following established processes to ensure service excellence. They are a natural relationship builder and problem solver who takes pride in their work, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in meeting customer needs and contributes to a positive work environment.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:Inside Sales/Sales Coordination:<ul><li>Provide support to the branch’s sales team by preparing quotations, sales documents, and proposals.</li><li>Research, identify, contact and qualify potential customers, working closely with the Outside Sales team in driving business growth.</li><li>Proactively generate high-quality leads through cold calling, online bidding platforms, and site visits.</li><li>Recommend additional services or add-ons to rental contracts to enhance customer satisfaction while optimizing profitability.</li><li>Develop and demonstrate expertise in BOXX Modular’s products and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to effectively position products and provide sales and service support.</li><li>Drive new and repeat sales by offering timely product and technical information, educating customers on features and benefits to enhance product-related sales and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent service.</li><li>Prepare and present reports detailing sales activities and revenue performance.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce).</li><li>Follow up with customers post-sale/rental to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve any issues, while identifying trends in customer satisfaction.</li><li>Stay informed on consumer preferences, competitor offerings, local regulations, and product developments by participating in sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, and reviewing industry publications.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Fleet Administration/Logistics Coordination:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for service calls and requests related to rented units, coordinating solutions with the Service Technician or external vendors as needed.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with transportation vendors to arrange building deliveries and pickups.</li><li>Address customer disputes and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.</li><li>Source and set up vendors based on business needs, ensuring competitive rates and terms.</li><li>Verify required repairs, maintenance, and requested add-on services are completed before delivery to the customer.</li><li>Issue purchase orders for vendor services, maintenance, repairs, transportation, and other necessary services to meet customer needs.</li><li>Maintain transportation schedules and related calendars to accurately track unit movements and inventory.</li><li>Conduct fleet inspections and inventory counts periodically as required. &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A strong desire and motivation to grow and develop a career in sales.</li><li>Previous experience in sales support, administration, inside sales, logistics coordination, or a related role in an operationally focused work environment.</li><li>An expert problem-solver who thrives on bringing calm to chaos, being able to think calmly and clearly during challenging situations to de-escalate and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Friendly, personable, and capable of building strong, positive and respectful relationships with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office, with experience in SAP, NetSuite and SalesForce an asset.</li><li>A post-secondary certificate or degree in business administration or a related field is an asset but not required.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. &nbsp;</li></ul>BOXX Modular (Canada) is a business unit of Black Diamond Group. Sales & Fleet Coordinator

Position Summary:Reporting to the Sr. Store Manager,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Assistant Store Manager&nbsp;assists and supports the Sr. Store Manager with all functions related to store operations including the direct supervision of in store and yard employees. The Assistant Store Manager ensures company objectives are met and UFA policies are adhered to. Responsible to perform management functions in the Store Manager's absence.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>In conjunction with the Store Manager, ensure compliance is adhered to with all company policies and procedures pertaining to payroll, financial controls, budgeting and the protection of company assets.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for accuracy and adherence to all standard POS processes as well as interim processes established to accommodate special promotions.</li><li>Ensure that company policies, best practices, and certifications are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Assist the Store Manager with UFA’s safety culture; help achieve UFA’s safety targets through training, coaching, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with the Store Manager with leading daily operations and supervision including motivating and coaching staff to meet and exceed store sales targets. Ensure that staff are qualified and properly trained to perform the task or operate the equipment that they are assigned to. Deliver on daily start-up checklists and tasks; ensure that short term maintenance tasks are completed on time and of quality to maximize the operating availability and efficiency.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of product and accessories and ensuring they comply with corporate visual presentation and merchandising directives.</li><li>Collaborate with operations, merchandising, and business support to operate with UFA standard operating procedures.</li><li>Acts as the Store Manager in his/her absence.</li></ul>Qualifications required for the position:<ul><li>Grade 12 Diploma with one to three years of progressive supervisory experience - focus on sales and customer service (sales, production, service) in a business to business sales and service environment with increasing levels of responsibility.</li><li>Market awareness of customers and segments and changing market factors.</li><li>Strong people and leadership skill set (Coaching, mentoring, delegation, direction, reward, recognition).</li><li>High energy, positive attitude, enjoys working with people.</li><li>Computer competence, with emphasis on point of sale systems, business intelligence (BI) reporting functions.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Will be required to obtain WHMIS, TDG, and forklift operator training to work in yard environment.</li><li>Must remain current with any and all required certifications.</li></ul>Is a safety sensitive position as will be on site at UFA facilities and will be using UFA material handling equipment.
