If you bring a resilient, adaptable approach and a passion for environmental solutions, we’d love to hear from you!&nbsp;</p><h4>Make a Difference</h4><ul><li>Lead and support risk assessments on Contaminated Site Assessments and Remediation projects, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulatory frameworks</li><li>Manage and oversee risk assessment tasks from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, reporting, and budget tracking, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope</li><li>Conduct human health and ecological risk assessments, analyzing exposure to soil, surface water, groundwater, and air for various chemicals</li><li>Prepare reports and critical analyses to assess risks and environmental impacts</li><li>Conduct in-depth literature reviews on environmental chemistry, public health, and other key areas to inform your work</li><li>Contribute to environmental assessments and planning, from baseline investigations to detailed site assessments</li><li>Develop and implement field programs for sample collection and chemical analysis</li><li>Mentor and provide technical support to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team</li><li>Cultivate relationships with regulatory representatives to drive successful outcomes and guideline modifications</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to streamline workflows, ensuring a cohesive and effective project team</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of best practices, procedures, and quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards</li></ul><h4><br>Showcase Your Talents &amp; Achievements</h4><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Toxicology, Biological Sciences, or a related field</li><li>Professional registration with a relevant association (e.g., APEGA, ASPB, ACPA, AIA), or eligibility for registration</li><li>15+ years of relevant experience with a passion for environmental risk assessment</li><li>Expertise in human health and ecological risk assessments with strong field experience</li><li>In-depth knowledge of provincial standards (e.g., AEPA, AER) and federal guidelines (CCME) for risk assessments</li><li>Strong data evaluation skills, including statistical analysis, with an eye for quality and detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to integrate multi-disciplinary information into clear, compelling reports</li><li>A strong team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and sharing knowledge&nbsp;</li></ul><h4><br>Share in our Values</h4><p>We look for people who have shared values when we add new members to the 360 team.
