Apply now to embark on a rewarding career with Lafarge Construction. &nbsp;Our Vancouver Road Construction Team is seeking a&nbsp;Construction Labourer to perform the following:Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Pre and post trip inspections. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Minor truck and equipment maintenance •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Check Grades •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Clean up sites. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Shoveling, raking, sweeping and other labour duties as required.Qualifications: The successful applicant will possess the following: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Valid Class 5 Drivers License. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in checking grades an asset. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience hauling trailers. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of Construction an asset.In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be expected to exercise sound judgment, work safely and communicate effectively in a team. This position is physically demanding and requires crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling. As such, clearance on a pre-employment medical is required.
