Snubbing Supervisor

Our client, a large oil &amp; gas company, has an opening for an Accounts Payable/Field Production Administrative Supervisor in their Whitecourt, AB office. &nbsp;The successful candidate will provide support to the organization by successfully managing multiple tasks while working within a team setting. This role functions as a representative of the office while building effective working relationships across the organization.&nbsp; The successful candidate will also develop, implement and maintain the administrative systems needed to support the team as well as act as a general point of contact.&nbsp; Applicants must reside in the Whitecourt area as no accommodations are provided.&nbsp; Responsibilities and Performance Objectives:<ul><li>Support and developing a team of administrative professionals</li><li>Provide financial and administrative support to the organization</li><li>Oversee the processing of invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures</li><li>Oversee the review and ensure the accuracy of employee timecards and labour allocation</li><li>Provide operating and capital cost reporting</li><li>Gather and review monthly production data</li><li>Review volume variance reports</li><li>Ensure flared and/or vented gas volumes are submitted to Production Accounting by Field Operations</li><li>Communicate with internal &amp; external stakeholders</li><li>General office administration as required</li></ul>Qualifications: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; • 8+ years of administrative experience (preference given to oil and gas industry related experience) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent years of experience &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; • Strong working knowledge of Excel &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; • Experience with the following programs would be considered an asset: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - JD Edwards (Enterprise One) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - Open Invoice (ADP) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - UKG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - PM Suite/Production Tracker We thank you for your interest, however only those selected to proceed further in the application process will be contacted directly.&nbsp; Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a more than 25+ year track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities.
