St. John&nbsp;office.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ideal candidate has experience&nbsp;in shipping, receiving and documentation of the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to and from the purchasing department.&nbsp;AS OUR WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:&nbsp;<ul><li>Match vendor packing slips with purchase orders and ensure all orders are received and communicated.</li><li>Examine the shipment's contents and compare them with the packing slips and purchase orders to confirm the order. Verify that work tickets have accurate quantities and materials.</li><li>Inspect incoming shipments and check for damaged or missing parts or materials. St. John&nbsp;office.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ideal candidate has experience&nbsp;managing vehicle and tool preventive maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and government regulations are maintained and followed.&nbsp;AS OUR FLEET AND RENTAL COORDINATOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:&nbsp;<ul><li>Track fleet and tool usage and maintain accurate inventory of equipment.</li><li>Track and maintain accurate records for fuel logs and km travelled monthly.</li><li>Schedule and track preventative maintenance and calibrations of tools and fleet.</li><li>Assist in the development of a maintenance budget by providing input relative to policy, maintenance costs, depreciation, and other established metrics.</li><li>Ensure the maintenance records for fleet and tools are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Negotiate service agreements to ensure cost efficiencies.</li><li>Communicate maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement correction actions as required.</li><li>Create and input purchase orders to the applicable software system.</li><li>Complete pick-up and delivery of tools/fleet as required.</li><li>Order and schedule fleet and rental equipment when necessary.</li><li>Complete hazard identification and assessment on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Assist with the completion of incident reports and incident associated costs.</li><li>Maintain organization and safety within the shop environment.</li><li>Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:&nbsp;<ul><li>Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Fleet Management software skills.</li><li>Available to work Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend as required.</li><li>&nbsp;Working knowledge and understanding of Motor Vehicle Act, Transport Regulations, codes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of time sensitive tasks.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate a high level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning skills.</li></ul>WHY CDN?We are driven by values, fuelled by performance, and obsessed to impress.
