Completions Field Service Representative&nbsp;JOB SUMMARY: As a member of Tier 1 Completion Solutions Inc., the Completion Field Service Representative will report directly to the District Manager – Completions and will be located at one of our field office locations.&nbsp; The primary function of this position is to oversee and install Tier 1’s equipment at customer job sites.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 Completion Solutions (Tier 1) policies and procedures, furthermore understand and adhere to any client’s policies and procedures;&nbsp;</li><li>Running completion and service tools;</li><li>Making up/redressing completion equipment and service tools in the workshop or at the rig site;</li><li>Consult with customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and insures customer satisfaction with results;</li><li>Review the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose.&nbsp; Identify any additional contingencies that should be provided for;</li><li>Performs all aspects of the job in compliance with team processes and apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities;</li><li>Properly maintains assigned equipment and interacts with third parties whose activities could impact the process of installing completions products to assure proper coordination;</li><li>Train Service Specialists in areas of expertise;</li><li>Conduct and documents all Health, Safety and Environmental related activities at the well site;&nbsp;site assessments and risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, etc;</li><li>Compiles all well site and post- job paperwork and participates in post-job review with their supervisor;</li><li>Assist and transport and delivery of manufactured materials to and from work site to well site;</li><li>Assist in the responsibility for the safety and well-being of the location to include all internal and external customers;</li><li>Available on short notice at all times to respond quickly to customer needs;</li><li>Maintain a clear driving record;</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.</li></ul>Knowledge and Skills:<ul><li>5 years in the Oilfield service industry;</li><li>Intermediate Network Systems Administration Skills</li><li>Ability to write reports and simple correspondence and effectively communicate/present information to groups of coworkers, customers, or members of the management team;</li><li>Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts (fractions, ratios, percentages, proportions) to practical situations;</li><li>Strong communication skills;</li><li>Capable of working in remote areas;</li><li>Strong attention to detail;</li><li>Ability to mentor and willingness to learn and grow within Tier 1;</li><li>Ability to think quickly and apply problem solving skills to situations as they come up in the field;</li><li>Ability to work in a positive team environment;</li><li>Ability to work with hand and power tools (mechanically inclined);</li><li>Required to keep all applicable certifications up to date as required by Tier 1’s Quality and HSE.</li><li>Ability to work independently;</li><li>Ability to champion a company safety culture.</li></ul>Physical Demands and Working Conditions:<ul><li>Climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain);</li><li>Lifting, pushing and pulling (70 pounds);</li><li>Bending, twisting and standing;</li><li>Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions;</li><li>Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week;</li><li>Ability to work weekends</li><li>Exposure to high noise over 85 dba.</li></ul>Educations, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:<ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.</li><li>H2S</li><li>Class 5 Drivers License</li><li>First Aid/CPR</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s policies;</li><li>5 years commercial/drivers abstract must be in compliant with Tier 1’s guidelines;</li><li>Results from a back ground check must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s guidelines;</li><li>Ability to travel;</li><li>Must be legally entitled to work in United States.</li></ul>

AS OUR TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:&nbsp;<ul><li>Execute fibre optic network installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Pull cable and install conduit to connect devices to network racks.</li><li>Set up IP networks and install various security and environmental devices.</li><li>Conduct terminations, testing, and maintenance of fibre optic networks.</li><li>Boost cell and Wi-Fi signals and install phone systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain network functionality.</li><li>Maintain detailed records and generate reports on network performance.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and regulations for a secure work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to optimize network performance and provide technical support.</li><li>Manage projects efficiently with a limited crew, including site surveys and estimates.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:&nbsp;<ul><li>5-10 years experience</li><li>Fiber Splicing and testing experience.</li><li>Networking experience – Ubiquiti Switches</li><li>WIFI bridging Experience.</li><li>Structured Cabling Experience</li><li>Ability to manage small projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to mentor junior technicians.</li><li>Conduct presurvey for estimates</li></ul>
