Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking an&nbsp;Office Administrator&nbsp;for our busy client located in St. Albert, AB.&nbsp; This position is a maternity leave role that is estimated to last 12-18 months.&nbsp; The Administrator will support the Well Servicing Department,&nbsp; it is an office-based position on a Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day schedule. &nbsp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support with data entry, document review, Invoicing</li><li>Preparation of reports</li><li>Data input and analysis</li></ul> &nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years administration experience&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe with the capability to learn new programs quickly.</li><li>Experience with Open Invoice, PM Suite and Maximo considered an asset&nbsp;</li><li>Preference given to those with post secondary education in office administration or other relevant continuous education</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Detail orientated</li><li>Highly organized and able to multitask</li><li>Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must be a self-starter and team player</li></ul> Successful candidates must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening and must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
