St. John&nbsp;office.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ideal candidate has experience&nbsp;in shipping, receiving and documentation of the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to and from the purchasing department.&nbsp;AS OUR WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:&nbsp;<ul><li>Match vendor packing slips with purchase orders and ensure all orders are received and communicated.</li><li>Examine the shipment's contents and compare them with the packing slips and purchase orders to confirm the order. Verify that work tickets have accurate quantities and materials.</li><li>Inspect incoming shipments and check for damaged or missing parts or materials. If goods are damaged, ensure non-conformance procedures are followed and communicated.</li><li>Provide purchasers with complete information on any order discrepancies or damaged materials.</li><li>Contact vendors on shipments that have discrepancies and resolve issues.</li><li>Sort all shipments and put inventory items into proper bins in the parts inventory warehouse or prepare customer parts and materials for pickup.</li><li>Maintain the organization of the shipping/receiving area and ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment.</li><li>Work with the purchasers cooperatively to fulfill the needs of the parts/shipping-receiving departments.</li><li>Work with the Lead Purchaser on physical receipt of all repairs and returns and communicate with applicable vendors.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:&nbsp;<ul><li>Valid class 5 driver’s license.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Must be an effective listener with effective communication skills.</li><li>Must be organized and manage various time-sensitive tasks at the same time.</li><li>Must have strong experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Able to operate a forklift or willing to learn.</li><li>Available to work 2 Saturdays a month to receive freight in the morning.</li></ul>WHY CDN?We are driven by values, fuelled by performance, and obsessed to impress. Warehouse Associate

ROLE STATEMENT:The Warehouse Operator will be a member of the Warehouse Department responsible for the distribution and storage of materials, supplies, and other products for Calfrac. Reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse, the Warehouse Operator will focus on maintaining physical inventory levels and product requirements.OUR CULTURE:Calfrac, we believe in being an integral part of the communities where we operate and we support a variety of giving activities throughout the year.
