Job Summary:Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of marketing activities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Focus on the execution of all marketing communication plans, with a focus on activities such as, flyers, product guides, promotional offers, in-store signage, in-store events, web &amp; social content.</li><li>Complete timely reporting on marketing programs and special events, including providing insight and recommendation for future enhancement where required.</li><li>Improve marketing processes for greater efficiency in production.</li><li>Review and enhance in-store signage programs in support of flyer program and overall brand awareness.</li><li>Organize and support in-store events and all marketing materials required.</li><li>Coordinate quotes from third party vendors for print production, digital upload or media services as required.</li><li>Maintain close contact with print/digital production vendors to ensure assets are produced, shipped/uploaded in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide support to the Farm &amp; Ranch Supply stores and Petroleum locations to ensure that they have the required advertising materials &amp; collateral to support their business objectives.</li><li>Assist with creating marketing communication plans as required.</li><li>Assist with online catalogue maintenance as required.</li><li>Assist and support all special event planning, co-ordination and execution as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications, Ag-business or related field.</li><li>Minimum three years’ experience in business-to-business marketing or communications, special event planning &amp; execution would be an asset.</li><li>The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail campaign/event assets are organized and complete, and to ensure accuracy in reporting.</li><li>Effective project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>The ability to build and maintain strong relations with both internal and external customers.</li><li>Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills to maintain effective working relationships with event staff.</li></ul>You and UFA.
