The successful candidate should be local to the Fort McMurray area.Position Description<ul><li>Communicate regularly with Operations Coordinators (Dispatch), HSEQ, Project Managers, and Area Manager</li><li>Conduct field inspections and submit required reporting to supervisor and HSEQ Manager via Intelex or any other required reports methods</li><li>Work with peers on planning for upcoming work, receiving client feedback post-project work, and integrating continuous improvement strategies</li><li>Promote Bravo Target Safety Mission, Vision, Values, and general safety culture to all workers</li><li>Understand and show leadership in Safety Concepts and Principles such as RICE, Risk Management 4-T’s, MOC (Management of Change) and PDCC (Plan, Do, Check, Correct)</li><li>Must be familiar with and understand Bravo Target Safety Health and Safety Program, Best Policies Manual and Transportation Manual</li><li>Mentor and coach all field staff</li><li>Immediately correct any deficiencies or unsafe work practices and follow up on deficiencies in a timely manner</li><li>Conduct and participate in any incident investigations as required</li><li>Consistent involvement with customers on active work sites, and rectify any issues either on location or through reporting to the Area Manager</li><li>Complete reports as required and forward to Area Manager for review, discussion, and action close out</li><li>Prioritize your day around workers experience and criticality of the job</li><li>Plan career and development discussions, identify resources and provide workers with access to the information to help them develop in their roles.</li><li>Travel to and from branch offices and work sites will be required during all seasons</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 10-years’ experience within O&amp;G sector.</li><li>Minimum 5 years having direct responsibility and accountability for workers, equipment, and work processes.</li><li>NCSO, OH&amp;S CRSP or related professional designation.</li><li>Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience</li><li>Current Tickets: H2S Alive, First-Aid/CPR, and Petroleum Safety Training, CSTS or CSO, TDG and WHMIS</li><li>Working knowledge of authoritative standards including NIOSH, NFPA, CSA, Canadian Provincial H&amp;S legislation, Canadian DOT, TDG, and Transport Canada regulations</li><li>Ability to travel</li></ul>Organizational Competencies you should own in this role:<ul><li>Communication Skills</li><li>Courage</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Ownership</li></ul>Leadership Competencies you should own in this role:<ul><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Performance Focus</li><li>Problem Solver</li><li>People Focus</li><li>Self-Awareness</li><li>Championing Change</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerBravo Target Safety is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.  Field Supervisor - Fort McMurray

<h3>DESCRIPTION:</h3>The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible Grant specific operations on customer locations.&nbsp; Night Shift Supervisors will know regulatory guidelines, assist crewmembers where necessary, and report to the job supervisor on a daily basis. They will actively participate in the company safety program and promote safe operations while on site or in base locations.&nbsp; Shift supervisors should be familiar with all types of equipment and the processes associated with well-test applications.&nbsp; They will help organize personnel and equipment to complete job assignments.&nbsp; Demonstrates proficiency with all job-related paperwork.&nbsp; Provides guidance and training to less experienced personnel.&nbsp; As a Night Supervisor, you will be required to work in remote locations for extended periods of up to 21 days at a time (12-hour shifts).<h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Is an active participant in the company related safety program</li><li>Helps organize personnel to complete job assignments.</li><li>Ensures successful completion of assigned jobs from start to finish</li><li>Ensures safe work practices through proper delegation of job duties and adherence to company and safety policies and safe work practices.</li><li>Motivates personnel to provide the best service possible to Grant’s customers.</li><li>Communicates with assigned personnel to build a positive attitude toward their work and the company.</li><li>Trains less experienced personnel.</li><li>Utilizes Skills Passport and Training Matrix for personal growth and opportunity</li><li>Works with and through other supervisors to improve job performance.</li><li>Maintains all district test equipment in operational readiness at all times.</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Performs regular maintenance on equipment when required.</li><li>Performs routine maintenance on vehicles and helps keep them clean and ready for use</li><li>Learns and follows all government, industry and company laws, regulations and policies which affect the work</li><li>Makes recommendations on test equipment design changes to ensure efficient testing.</li><li>Organizes crew to ensure the highest quality of service</li><li>Controls crew activities to make efficient use of time and labor</li><li>Communicates with client to ensure successful job completion.</li><li>Follows all safe work procedures and maintains a clean work environment.</li><li>Presents reliable data to the client for their evaluation.</li><li>Promotes the service of Grant PTS through the execution of consistently high quality service</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS:</h3><ul><li>Valid Drivers License</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Current H2S &amp; First Aid (Confined Space &amp; Fall Protection assets but not required)</li><li>Minimum 2 Years Well Testing Experience</li></ul>
