Daily adherence to Canadian Standards Association (CSA) is required, as well as ensuring all requirements are met to maintain certification to these standards. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Control Supervisor and work closely with other Quality Control (QC) Technicians. The successful applicant for this position must work well in a team environment, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and continuously improve their own personal performance as well as the performance of the broader GVA market.StructureThe successful candidate will report to the Quality Control Supervisor and work closely with other Quality Control (QC) Technicians.RESPONSIBILITY:The successful candidate shall be willing and able to perform all the duties as expected for a QC technician and will be scheduled on an as needed basis. Our customer is looking for an Operations Control Center Specialist.&nbsp; The successful candidate will hold&nbsp;a minimum of 5 years field operations experience within the oil and gas industry and must be strong with computers and board operations.&nbsp; &nbsp;This position is based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta.&nbsp; Applicants will need to be local to the area.&nbsp; The work schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off with 12 hour&nbsp; shifts, alternating days and nights.&nbsp; &nbsp; Responsibilities and Competencies:<ul><li>Integrated Operations Control Center experience required</li><li>Experience with production facility and equipment alarm management</li><li>Production monitoring experience with a focus on abnormal changes to well production</li><li>Strong field operation experience</li><li>Strong communication skills with technical and field staff</li><li>Natural Gas Operations experience a MUST</li><li>Valid safety tickets and clean driving abstract</li><li>Capable of passing pre-employment drug &amp; alcohol test</li></ul>&nbsp;Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a more than 25+-years track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities.
