Prospective individuals will require Equipment Operating experience, preferably with excavator/material handlers and shears. This position is not a camp position and requires the candidate to be local to the Winnipeg, Manitoba area. This position must adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the team.&nbsp;Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Operate equipment while adhering to all safe work practices and procedures</li><li>Follow Secures’ operating standards and procedures</li><li>Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks</li><li>Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Complete walk-arounds, safety checks and ensure equipment is running properly</li><li>Secure special attachments to equipment</li><li>Operate two-way radios and other communication when required</li><li>Minor repairs to equipment.
