Right Choice Camps and Catering is recruiting for a Business Development Representative.Based out of our Edmonton or Calgary Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling available accommodations in our open camps and Rig Camps with accompanying services to Right Choice Camps and Catering to current and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

· Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

· Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new and available accommodations and enhancements that may be of interest.

· Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

· Provides periodic sales forecasts.

· Oversee the bidding process on projects that involve the representative’s clients or leads.

· Travel required 60% of the time within Western Canada, the majority of time in Alberta.

Qualifications:

· Five years of related experience in Remote Accommodations / Oilfield Services is an asset

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business,

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and or related sales software

· Valid Class 5 License with a “clean” abstract

· Good oral & written communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
