Overview: 

Drive sustainable and continuous performance improvements through the integration and development of best practices, KPI's and Action Planning.  Lead revenue growth opportunities by developing innovative solutions and identifying cross product line and cross market synergies.  Establish and maintain frequent communication with managers at both the market and site level to influence and affect positive changes that optimize costs.
 

Responsibilities: 

•    Develop plant capital spending and equipment leasing business cases to assist the SAB market in maintaining and growing their business across all product lines, strategic investments to grow the overall business
•    Financial management of SAB market capital spending (approx. $5M-$6M per year) and leasing (approx. $10M-$12M per year)
•    Act as the SAB market SIM (DSCQP) manager to ensure that plant structure assessments are carried out on a yearly basis, verify report findings, and engage third party engineering consultants for recommendations where required.
•    Coordinate the completion of yearly business reviews
•    Develop the business case and get legal approval for sales price increases across all SAB businesses
•    Review WCAN plant and construction operations and develop (improve) best practices to optimize plant and construction activities
•    Develop, measure and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
•    Coordination of regional branded products initiatives
•    Continual review of plant and construction equipment utilization for asset and cost optimization
•    Action plan development, review, tracking, and validation
•    Budget and performance plan support via KPI goal setting
•    Assessment for greenfield & acquisition growth opportunities
•    Cross-market communication to identify and communicate cost savings and synergistic opportunities
•    Liaison with business unit management and operations staff
•    Close coordination with performance quality control and systems teams 
•    Work with the SAB SVP on different strategies and corporate initiatives

•    Consistent application of product line best practices 
•    Manage capital spending and leasing for the SAB market
•    Review and monitoring of KPI’s
•    Strategic Market Review coordination

Qualifications: 
•    Undergraduate Degree / College Diploma in related business field (Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business)
•    Two to five years of experience required 
•    Background in product line
