
Customer Success Representative
We're Hiring a Customer Success Representative! (Hybrid 14-month Contract – Calgary, AB)
This hybrid role is based in Calgary, with 20% work-from-home flexibility. Some travel required.
Are you a natural communicator with strong presentation skills, a knack for building relationships, and a confident phone presence? If so, we want you on our team!
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the voice of LodgeLink, helping customers onboard, maximize their experience, and stay engaged. You'll lead product demos, host training sessions, and ensure every customer sees the full value of our platform. Plus, you'll share feedback with our product team to keep improving what we do.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging presentations and demos (online, in-person, and at events)
- Guide customers through onboarding and keep them engaged
- Upsell new features and services
- Work closely with Account Managers and log activities in Salesforce
- Use customer insights to drive retention and product improvements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, or travel management
- Experience in outbound sales, upselling, and cold calling
- Confident speaking to groups and leading training sessions
- A "can-do" attitude—thriving in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft applications (Salesforce is a plus!)
