As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in our medium-large sales market segment. You will develop and execute strategies to win new business and deepen relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strong sales background, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to build strategic relationships with clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business development plans to drive growth in key markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
  • Conducting technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions to drive sales
  • Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, including engineering, legal, risk, finance, and more
  • Coordinating sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and growing existing customers, as well as scout and build relationships with new customers
  • Developing and reviewing market strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of Channel Sales experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong sales experience, with a focus on building strategic relationships with new clients
  • Technical expertise in products and systems, with a focus on the environment where they will be used
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new and innovative sales strategies
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading sales teams
