RIGHT CHOICE Camps & Cateringis recruiting an Hospitality Administrator to work in our SE Edmonton office for a 9-month term. Reporting to the VP Operations, the successful candidate will oversee the daily work activities of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintains inventory of office and site supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Coordination of IT support and setup of equipment for staff and field.
  • Provides administrative support such as:
  • Tracking Fleet
  • Track Staff Driver Timesheets
  • Weekly Payroll Administration
  • Weekly Meal Sheet Tracking
  • Organizing permits for Alberta road usage and Alberta Health Services
  • Answering phones as required, preparing documents.
  • Track all staff runs, grocery & linen deliveries, vacation days, weekly field activity, etc
  • Schedule grocery trucks for start-ups and shut-downs.
  • Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
  • Social Media and website management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
