Role

As a Inside Sales Representative (internal title: Business Coordination Analyst/Sr. Analyst), you will be responsible for initiating the Commercial process from the reception of a customer’s request for quotation to the fulfillment of the business sale, inclusive of; offer preparation, purchase order entry, submission and collection as well as working closely with relevant Supply Chain personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage offer preparation process and fulfilment feasibility including stock availability, review mill allocation, logistics, third party requirements, etc.
  • Initialize sales order in system and request third party services and purchase orders.
  • Creation and management of agreement and price list in system.
  • Participate in business model definition along with the sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics departments on account follow-up.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and data analysis to drive business insight for process improvement, optimization, and compliance requirements.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or Commerce
  • 2+ years related experience in the energy industry
  • Downstream or midstream knowledge an asset
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills to produce reports for forecasting and trends required
  • Power BI knowledge and/or experience is preferred
  • SAP experience would be considered an asset
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
