Journeyman HET Mechanic

Care Industries is currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Complete repairs, assembly, and inspections
• Installation and testing of all hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Troubleshoot and maintenance of equipment
• Work with various tools and equipment
• Proper use of PPE and ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• CVIP experience is an asset
• Experience with related equipment and hand tools
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Possesses organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
• Must be able to take direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Education and Experience:

• Registered Alberta Journeyman HET or Out of Province Experience
