Full job description

Great North Wellhead & Frac, an Innovex Company is a leading full-service provider specializing in custom-manufactured wellheads, valves, and industrial accessories. We offer precision-machined products as well as infield services and repairs.

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Machinist to join our day shift milling department team

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Select appropriate tools, inserts, and materials for each job
• Setup/operate milling machine
• Maintain and clean machines, tools, and parts; perform minor maintenance as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Carry out other tasks as assigned
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience with milling machines
• Knowledge of machining wellheads and wellhead components an asset
• Capability to drive forklift and operate overhead crane an asset
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Ability to work independently

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
