Job Description

FLINT is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician with industrial experience for a permanent maintenance position in Vancouver, BC, starting as soon as possible. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 8-hour workdays, hourly rate between $41.08 and $44.63, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. 

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting. 
  • Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket. 
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: 
    • CSTS
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. 
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. 
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site. 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. 

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
