Right now, we are looking to hire a Senior ERP System Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team, based out of our Calgary office.  

AS OUR SENIOR ERP SYSTEM ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO: 

  • Maintain GP Dynamics financial modules (AP, AR, GL, reporting)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
  • Monitor financial data accuracy and perform reconciliations
  • Conduct audits for data integrity and process improvements
  • Collaborate on system enhancements and workflow optimizations
  • Generate financial reports for management decisions
  • Resolve ERP technical issues and liaise with IT/vendors
  • Provide audit support and perform additional duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 

  • Related university degree (Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting, Finance or Business Management) and typically 8 or more years of related professional accounting experience; or combination of formal education and experience. 
  • Proven experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics (& D365) in a financial or accounting capacity.
  • Advanced knowledge of GP Dynamics tables and Wennsoft products.
  • Experience in project management or process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation and taxes.
