Position Description

The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, compliance with safety protocols, and the smooth flow of goods throughout the facility. Your expertise in data analysis and process improvement will drive continuous enhancements in inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and shipments. 
  • Prepare and present inventory performance reports, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. 5 Years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software and ERP systems.
  • Experience and the ability to analyze data and trends in inventory to make informed decisions that improve operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
