We go beyond expectations — mitigating risks, reducing financial obligations, and maximizing value for our clients.</p><p>Join SECURE, where we step up to make a meaningful difference in the industries we serve and the world we share.</p><h2><strong>Your Opportunity at SECURE</strong></h2><p>The Administrative Assistant is a highly organized and energetic individual provides administrative support to the SECURE’s Asset Management team.&nbsp; The successful candidate will quickly develop a working knowledge of the day to day operations and company activities while providing excellence in customer service and stakeholder management.&nbsp;</p><p>To be considered for this position, please submit your application by <strong>August 18, 2025</strong></p><h2><strong>The Team</strong></h2><p>This position will appeal to an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and has the flexibility to manage daily activities and conflicting priorities in a proactive and positive manner.</p><h2><strong>Work Environment</strong></h2><p>This is a full time position working 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday in our Red Deer office.</p><h2><strong>A Day in The Life</strong></h2><ul><li>General administration duties (meeting prep, filing/scanning documents, travel planning, expenses, etc.)</li><li>Proper administration and maintenance of Accounts Payable and Receivable</li><li>Receive, coordinate and process all invoices and purchase orders ensuring timeliness and accuracy</li><li>Provide support and analysis on tasks related to producing accurate job set-up, cost/revenue tracking and job completion procedures</li><li>Assist and perform job set up functions, including input of Budgets, accurate Cost Code structures, rate tables and ensuring compliance with client contract</li><li>Provide support and analysis on tasks related to producing accurate job set-up, cost/revenue tracking and job completion procedures</li><li>Assist the team in managing inventory control of assets</li><li>Work closely with the Shop and Field Managers to update all repair orders</li><li>Work closely with Shop and Field Service Technicians to ensure timely execution on all repair related matters.</li><li>Review and edit service reports and repair orders for accuracy</li><li>Assist in generation and distribution of weekly/monthly/quarterly projects reports</li><li>Accurate data entry into computerized system with special attention to accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Ensure a focus on quality, service excellence and efficiency within areas of responsibility</li><li>Coordinate the flow of field paperwork ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained for required documents and documents are forwarded on to the appropriate department or individual</li><li>Related tasks and projects as required</li></ul><h2><strong>Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Grade 12/GED</li><li>Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 2 years administrative/accounting experience</li><li>Experience working with information related to the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment is an asset.</li><li>Good time management and organization skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, meet demanding deadlines, &amp; multi-task</li><li>Ability to adapt and interact within different working environments</li><li>Solid ability and experience working in a team-based environment</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li></ul><h2><strong>What's in it for you</strong></h2><p>At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
