External Candidates - please apply with the Apply Now button. &nbsp;Key position functions include:<ul><li>Handle and control daily work scheduling of service technicians for field jobs and in shop requirements.</li><li>Assist in training all Service Technicians through hands on work in the shop and customer locations.</li><li>Organize and conduct monthly review meetings with the service department.</li><li>Execute HOS, review all inspections, logbooks, and FLRA's of service technicians.</li><li>Assure all company equipment and property is maintained to company expectations.</li><li>Book and schedule service fleet units and employee certifications.</li><li>Perform service tool inventory and service truck inventories as required.</li><li>Participate in on call rotation.</li><li>Conduct repairs for service and fleet requirements.</li><li>Make recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is suitable for intended use and application.</li><li>Assist engineers with product design and running procedures and other field related projects.</li><li>Work closely with Service Supervisor.</li><li>Drive all HSE initiatives in the field and shop along with maintaining 100% compliance on DATS.&nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:<ul><li>Service Technician Level 3 qualifications.</li><li>5 years industry related experience.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Advanced Stream-Flo product knowledge.</li><li>Previous supervisory experience is an asset.</li></ul>Stream-Flo offers a competitive salary, profit sharing and a comprehensive benefit program to prospective employees, as well as the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, characterized by continued growth and strong business results.We thank all applicants for their interest.
