AS OUR ELECTRICIAN, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:&nbsp;<ul><li>Adhere to all company environmental, heath, and safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Complete cutting, threading, bending, and assembling rigid, aluminum and conduit systems.</li><li>Install and maintain EMT and PVC piping systems, batteries, solar panels, voltage regulators, MCC equipment, heat trace, and VFD’s.</li><li>Assist and/or direct interpreting drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to better help execute electrical installation and troubleshooting.</li><li>Understand and inter-operate the most current Canadian electrical code book and exercise the rules when applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and execute basic circuit fundamentals, alternating current circuit properties, heating and cooling systems, magnetic control and switching circuits, three phase systems, transformers, machines, control and switching/PLC, fire alarm systems, red seal programs, industry network, and applications of electronics.</li><li>Test electrical equipment and components for current, voltage and OHMS.</li><li>Responsible for all administrative, material ordering, and QAQC documents directly associated with the project at hand.</li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:&nbsp;<ul><li>Indentured 1st- 4th Year Apprentice or Red Seal Journeyman Electrician.</li><li>A valid Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract.</li><li>Valid H2S, First Aid, OSSA Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, CSO, and CSTS.</li><li>Experience in the Oil and Gas industry in construction or maintenance is considered an asset.</li><li>Ability to work in various working conditions ranging from outdoors to indoors in a variety of weather conditions and working from heights as needed.</li><li>A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required prior to employment.</li></ul>
