<h3>Description</h3>Internal Candidates - please apply by logging in to UltiPro.External&nbsp;Candidates - please apply with the Apply Now button.Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipper Receiver is responsible for proper receiving and placement of goods and materials into designated receiving areas.Key Position Functions:<ul><li>Unload and visually inspect all incoming goods, products and corresponding documentation, report errors or damages, fill out forms for damaged and returned items and route them correctly.</li><li>Print receiving ticket, fill in all necessary parameters, sign and submit for receiving as directed.</li><li>Ensure proper workflow of packing slips, receiving tickets, MTRs, and related documents.</li><li>Put away incoming material as per receiving instructions, Quality Control Procedures, and other requirements.</li><li>Load and unload vehicles, trailers and sea-cans using a variety of forklifts.</li><li>Assist Coordinators/Pickers when required.</li><li>Advise Purchasing and Manufacturing of material shortages or delivery delays.</li><li>Ensure proper and timely flow of paperwork for pick lists, purchase orders, packing slips, receipt registers, etc.</li><li>Perform warehouse duties such as maintain and organize goods and materials, keep areas clean and orderly.</li><li>Ensure processes and forklift operations are performed in accordance with safety regulations and are carried out in a conscientious manner.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Lead Hand.</li></ul>Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:<ul><li>High School Diploma, supplemented with 1 to 2 years of related shipping and receiving experience.</li><li>Mechanical assembly/repair experience an asset.</li><li>Forklift experience is an asset.</li><li>Computer skills using Microsoft Office or an ERP system; use of RF guns.</li><li>Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.</li><li>Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail oriented, strong work ethic, self-motivated.</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.</li></ul>The Stream-Flo Group of Companies, consisting of Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. and Master Flo Valve Inc., are privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturers of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment, as well as chokes, specialty control valves and supporting actuation.
