Experience managing multiple projects with over 200 craft personnel and coordinating with contractors for maintenance, construction, fabrication, shutdowns, and labor supply.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation, including construction, shutdowns/turnarounds, maintenance, operations coordination, cost estimating, and bid development. Proficient in reading RFPs, drawings, and using MS Office and project management software.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience integrating into small to mid-sized communities as an active company representative.
