This is a hybrid role after the training period.&nbsp;AS OUR PROJECT CONTROLS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:&nbsp;<ul><li>Track actual project costs against budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Analyze cost variances and trends, and report deviations to the project team.</li><li>Work closely with the major project team to maintain, update and ensure accuracy and understanding of project status, issues and changes.</li><li>Work with procurement to ensure proper cost allocation for materials.</li><li>Monitor and track contract expenditures, including change orders and contingency usage.</li><li>Able to quickly grasp complex system requirements and convey them to a variety of audiences from senior level management to field level staff.</li><li>Provide support and guidance to project management and all project team members to ensure adherence to client standards, contract management, CDN required procedures, and document control management.</li><li>Prepares&nbsp;and distribute&nbsp;high quality, accurate and timely reporting such as; cost tracking, progress payment reports, RFIs, and other required reports and documentation.</li><li>Prepare required project set up and documentation, project change orders, reports, and other required documents for new project kick off.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:&nbsp;<ul><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite, including SharePoint and Power BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in record keeping, cost control and contract management.</li><li>Prior experience in a construction setting, either field or corporate, is a must.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Must be willing and able to take initiative on tasks and coordinate with other members of the project team.</li><li>Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.</li></ul>WHY CDN?We are driven by values, fuelled by performance, and obsessed to impress. Project Controls Coordinator

ROLE STATEMENT:The Warehouse Operator will be a member of the Warehouse Department responsible for the distribution and storage of materials, supplies, and other products for Calfrac. Reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse, the Warehouse Operator will focus on maintaining physical inventory levels and product requirements.OUR CULTURE:Calfrac, we believe in being an integral part of the communities where we operate and we support a variety of giving activities throughout the year.
