Your Opportunity at SECURE
As our Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for a variety of duties needed to support our teams in obtaining business in our various markets.
This role is based out of Fort St. John, British Columbia.

The Field Sales team is committed to delivering value to our clients. They are driven, prioritize innovation, integrity, and fostering long-lasting relationships to ensure continued success.
Work Environment
The role of Field Sales Representative is structured as a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 40-hours.
A Day in The Life
- Liaise with company management, staff, and clients to identify and develop new opportunities and projects for the Waste Management group.
- Manage sales activities across British Columbia.
- Engage with all SECURE service lines in the region and lead the preparation and submission of proposals and quotations.
- Collect market data to identify new opportunities and develop market strategies.
- Represent SECURE at tradeshows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Promote Health, Safety, and Environment standards, conducting site visits to support safety culture and gather marketing materials.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 2-4 years in the waste services industry and experience with sales, business development, and client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.
- Self-Starter and the ability to time manage a large territory.
- Experience in preparing and submitting quotation and bid proposals would be an asset.
- An understanding of waste services opportunities & operations
