The Paver Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to pave roads, driveways, and other surfaces with asphalt or concrete. This role requires proficiency in machine operation, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. In this role, you will provide health and safety guidance to the operations to help the region comply with Lafarge Group Standards, Country level policies, and jurisdictional regulations.&nbsp;Serving as a strategic business partner, you will provide technical subject matter expertise and guidance on hazard recognition and risk mitigation controls through active engagement with front line leaders and workers.
