Operators can be cross trained across all machines.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Read blueprints, diagrams, measurement tools and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.</li><li>Perform precise measuring to ensure components are machined to the specific tolerances and surface finishes.</li><li>Set up and operate CNC machines to maximize the use of materials and equipment.</li><li>Operate and handle materials and tools in a safe manner.</li><li>Report any environmental and health &amp; safety issues that arise.</li><li>Assist with the training of other employees.</li><li>Ensure that the work area is kept clean and appropriate safety equipment is worn at all times.</li><li>Perform Preventative maintenance on equipment</li><li>Other duties assigned</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Up to 1year experience on setup and operation of CNC Lathes and or Mills</li><li>Okuma / DMG Mori / Mazak / Weingartner experience preferred.</li><li>Mill-turns, live tooling, 3 axis lathes, 5 axis mills.</li><li>Insert selection, tooling recommendations and selection.</li><li>G-Code, Siemens / Heidenhain / OS300 controls.</li><li>A combination of formal higher trade/educational training and/or several years of progressive and practical CNC machining experience.</li><li>Able to carry out your own setups, perform first off inspections and make program changes/modifications to optimize processes and achieve product quality requirements.</li><li>Perform daily and frequent interval PM activities on equipment to ensure the machines are running at its optimum performance.</li><li>Extensive experience of operating two machines simultaneously in a lean manufacturing cell arrangement</li><li>Excellent mathematical and numerical comprehension. CNC Machinist (CL-48 Mori) - Rotor Shop (Days)

Job Summary:&nbsp;A Warehouse Manager will be responsible for and accountable to; effectively lead the site's need for logistics, inventory/ materials control and site’s need for support purchasing functions (shop consumables, tooling, local supplies, spot purchasing etc.).PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Supervise/lead the team in all aspects of the site’s inventory/materials controls so all items are identified, properly located and quantities on hand known.</li><li>Ensure that all aspects of NOV safety policy are strictly adhered to by yourself and your team.</li><li>Support your manager by planning that your team are trained, competent and appropriately resourced.&nbsp;</li><li>Validate by cycle counting all inventory/materials by locations and quantities with minimal reconciliation.</li><li>Control all aspects of inventory adjustment comply with NOV procedures and policies.</li><li>Ensure that any and all shipping and receiving transactions are actioned accurately, quickly, timely and appropriately packaged/unpackaged both physically and electronically.</li><li>Utilize and arrange that all avenues of external logistics (hot shot/trucking etc.) is organized, effective timely and offers financial value.</li><li>Accurately issue all raw materials to the manufacturing process both electronically and physically.</li><li>As an integral part of the manufacturing process ensure your teams accurate and timely support of delivering raw materials to the entry points and extraction of finished goods from the exit points, of the manufacturing process.</li><li>Have all process work orders closed accurately and in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise/Lead the purchasing actions to acquire all site related consumable needs (carbide inserts, packaging, trade items etc.).</li><li>Ensure that all site areas outside of the direct manufacturing footprint are safe, organized, optimized and clean.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee and control the sites material handling vehicles (forklifts/pickups/frontend loaders) are safe, well maintained and available for use.</li></ul>Education and Experience Requirements:<ul><li>High School or GED required. Post-secondary education desirable but not essential.</li><li>Must have 5+ years relevant and direct experience in similar roles.</li><li>Proven experience in inventory control and materials management.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.</li></ul>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES<ul><li>Extensive MRP/ERP experience (JDE Pref).</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes.</li><li>APICS / CSCP / Eqv.
